We, who have served, and continue to serve Pakistan in various capacities, as individuals or through an organization, resolve to work to bring about institutional reforms in Pakistan, especially in order to establish the rule of law and Adl’

To contribute meaningfully, as a non-political entity, towards transforming Pakistan into a social welfare state by working with like-minded bodies and individuals by influencing higher-level decision-makers for systematic improvement in key social, administrative, technology, economic, judicial and foreign affairs sectors.


To participate in a revamp of the justice system to enable easy, transparent, quick, non-discriminatory, and sustainable provision of justice to residents and nationals of Pakistan in a dignified manner in line with Islamic principles with a sharp focus on accountability.

To work towards the attainment of across-the-board meritocracy in all spheres of public life in Pakistan.

To seek the provisioning of uniform, free, and quality education to every child as a state responsibility at least up to the graduate level.

To help the government in achieving a high class state sponsored public health system to ensure a healthy population.


A peaceful, progressive and value-based society where laws are legislated, implemented and interpreted to secure the rights of individuals
